Join award winning landscape and nature photographer Tom Croce for a one day class on “Close-up Photography, Digital Photography techniques for Shooting Close-ups in The Field” Whether you are just beginning with photography, or are experienced photographer with an interest in macro, this class is for you. We will talk about gear, what do you really need? Camera settings, exposure, Depth of Field, composition, light and light modifiers, and macro Techniques that can help you realize you photographic vision. Then we will pull all these things together to create dynamic and compelling macro and close up images.

We want you to have a great experience at the workshop, filled with learning and fun. The following is meant to aid in packing and preparing, not a shopping list.

Things to bring:

Your camera - DSLR or Mirror-less camera with interchangeable lens

Tripod

Lens, a macro lens is not required but will be helpful

Remote Shutter release cable

Small reflectors and diffuser

Extension Tubes or close-up filters
